Back In Memphis is comprised of material culled from the 1969 session recorded at American Sound Studio in Memphis that yielded the classic From Elvis in Memphis album. But this album is much more than a collection of leftovers.

Elvis' rendition of Percy Mayfield’s "Stranger In My Home town" for example is a fan-favourite and somewhat of a hidden jam among Elvis aficionados.

Leftovers or not: this album once again proves that the King could really do no wrong and that there is no such thing as “leftovers” in his vocabulary anyway.

Back In Memphis is a limited edition of 1500 individually numbered copies on green coloured vinyl.
