Every order at Spinning Vault Records is packed with care, protection, and attention to detail to ensure your records arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items
  • Longer timeframes for pre-orders depending on release schedules

Orders placed during major sales, holidays, or release events may require additional processing time.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We primarily ship using Australia Post with tracking included where available.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on:

  • Location
  • Carrier network conditions
  • Peak seasonal demand

Packaging

All records are packed using protective vinyl mailers and packaging materials designed to minimise transit damage.

Where possible, we take additional care with collectible or limited-edition pressings.

Combined Orders

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together once all items become available.

If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.

Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes remain outside our direct control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate before completing checkout.

Additional shipping fees may apply if parcels are returned due to incorrect addresses.
